Buyer may, by completing the Online Return Form, apply to return the purchased Goods to Infinite Boutique in exchange for a replacement or a refund. Buyer shall ensure that the purchased Goods is returned to Infinite Boutique within 7 workings days from the delivery date, depending on the applicable Return Policy. For avoidance of doubt, the countdown starts from the date the Buyer received the purchased Goods to the post stamp date on the return parcel. In case of damaged Goods, please contact Infinite Boutique within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to expedite the claim process.
To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases][include any that are applicable]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. If you received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set items or clearance goods). And the general requirements for returns are as follows: You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt). The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
All returned merchandise should be sent to us at MyNews L1-08, Level 1, Seventeen Mall Section 17 Petaling Jaya 46400 Selangor Malaysia. For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
R E F U N D P O L I C Y
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items : an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
