L O C A L W A R E H O U S E
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Domestic logistics usually within 1- 3 deliverable, expected to arrive within 1-7 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

From the warehouse in the country of origin delivery, 3-14 will be sent out within one business day after confirming the online payment. After the customs clearance, local logistics usually can be delivered within 1-7 business days.

During promotion period some products are Free Shipping, please confirm before payment. If the goods cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address, contact number, contact name or information, customer service will contact you immediately and determine whether additional costs are incurred.
O R D E R T R A C K I N G
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. According to transportation service status, local logistics is generally about 1-7 business days. If your order did not arrive within the estimated delivery date, please immediately contact us.
Orders will be sent by the Local courier service company during its operating hours (excluding public holidays). However, we cannot clearly estimate the arrival time of the goods. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct to avoid any additional costs associated with re-sending.
Any complaint about delayed delivery / non-delivery due to no one at the time of delivery / wrong address will not be accepted.
